Personal Tax Returns

Fees are due upon returning a signed copy of the engagement letter. If you have uploaded documents, or checked the done box in the portal or had a meeting with one of the tax preparers there will be no refund of the deposit or retainer. All charges for tax return preparation are due and payable prior to the release of the return to the client or the filing of the return. A refund is not available once the tax return has been prepared​.

Business Tax Returns

Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping services are paid the 1st of the month. If payment fails books will be closed as of the last day of the prior month. Must request cancellation 30 days prior to billing date which is the 1st of each month. If you want another billing date please address during agreement setup.

S-Corp Election

Refunds are not available once documents have been sent and/or consultation has taken place. Any state filing fees and registered agent fee for documents not yet filed are available for a refund.

Payroll

Refunds are only available 30 minutes before the consultation has taken place. If no show this will be billed at the tax preparer and/or business consultants rate of 1 hour minimum.

All Other Services

Most other services are billed as Flat Fees that are requested by the client. Fees are earned during the consulation.

Billable Time

All consultants and preparers bill for their time. The time is calculated by Virtual, In-Person, Phone, Email and/or anytime spent reviewing documents, researching, or collaborating with others.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appoint please contact us no later than 48 hours before scheduled meeting. Miss appointments or appointments not cancelled before the 48 hour notice will incur a fee for the meeting time at the consultants hourly rate.
